Saleoye.com offers 10 days pester-free return policy, we won’t entertain your claim once 10 days return policy period gone past.
In order to claim 10 days return policy, you need to keep certain factors in mind.
- Product must be unused
- Product must be neat and clean in condition
- Product must be in original packing (same rapper/box).
- Products not opened with any tool
There are certain products which are perishable by nature, for example: food, natural flowers, temperature items, newspapers or magazines.
Additional non-returnable items:
A. Birthday, Anniversary Presents, and Gift Cards
B. Downloadable Products (In Soft)
C. Scented Candles
To claim 10 days return policy, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
At receipt of the returned product, we do check it properly and let the customers know about the approval or rejection of return claim by email, message or WhatsApp (+923001290077).

Refund Criteria for Sale Items:
Customers can claim only regular priced items only. Unfortunately we do not honor sale priced items return claims.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shipper address which is duly mentioned on each parcel you received.
You will pay the shipping costs of returning/sending us your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: In case of return claim, we will less our courier charges and refund you remaining amount via bank transfer, easy paisa or Jazz Cash.
If you are returning a product which’s value is over Rs.5000/- make sure you consider using a track-able courier service or try availing product shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that’s responsibility totally laid on the shipping company you choose.
